Today, Turbo-Technik has been awarded a major contract to integrate the NH90 Sea Tiger deck helicopter onto the F124-class frigates.

The client is the Federal Office of Bundeswehr Equipment, Information Technology and In-Service Support (BAAINBw), and the prime contractor is TURBO-TECHNIK GmbH & Co. KG.

The contract focuses on extensive modifications to the ship’s structural elements, particularly in the areas of the flight deck and hangar, as well as the integration of the interfaces and systems required for operation, maintenance and repair. Given its scope, the contract is of great significance to Turbo-Technik and underscores the company’s position as a growing defence manufacturing and integration partner in the maritime sector.
